Just because something is legal, doesn't make it accessible to everyone. Especially those with physical and or mental handicaps. Issues such as lack of transportation, finances and bureaucratic red tape are keeping patients that need cannabis the most, far from it. 
The next time you visit a dispensary, smoke shop, or lounge, think about what it would take to get there if you had no car and had to wait for a wheel chair accessible bus? How hot was it?
The average cost of a months worth of medical marijuana for a patient in AZ is over $400 a month. Insurance doesn't cover medical marijuana. Often times, cannabis is the only thing that works for many of our patients.
